She is a Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Silva Method Instructor, Energy Healer, Clinical Hypnotherapist and trainer for Hypnotherapy, Past Life and Between Life therapists, Inner Child Therapist and Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Meditation guide. Krisa is a certified facilitator in Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), a program by Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute (JRI) United States and has been facilitating regular TCTSY programs for both adults and adolescents. She believes that holistic healing is only possible through a combination of mental and body based therapy. Krisa is certified as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher. She is also certified in Basic Ayurveda Training and Anatomy training in structure and function as well as Sonia Sumar Yoga for Special Child.

Sunshine Dorothy is a gentle feminine coach committed to helping women reclaim their inner goddess and reconnect with their true feminine essence, self-love, and beauty. As an intuitive coach and Reiki healer, she specializes in guiding women through transformative journeys to heal their self worth that was lost to childhood trauma, relational and betrayal trauma, deep rooted insecurities and fears. Aeriel

A chain of events in Aeriel’s life brought her to Reiki 19 years ago. Seeking healing and self-discovery, she embarked on a journey that led her to become a certified Usui Shiki Reiki Master in 2018. Her passion and belief in the effectiveness of alternative healing motivated her to expand her knowledge into Sound Healing. She completed the Quantum Alchemy Crystal BowlsTM Practitioner Training Level Two with Yantara Jiro from Sound Universe and has since been dedicated to sharing the benefits of Reiki and Sound Therapy. Aeriel finds Sound Therapy particularly rewarding as it is a simple yet powerful healing modality with effects that can be felt instantly. Aeriel is also currently studying Transpersonal (Past Lives) Regression Therapy at ReDefine Wellness. Prior to this, Aeriel was a professional in the Media Advertising industry for more than 20 years, working in Yahoo and The Economist.
