Reiki 1

My awesome experience with Reiki did not begin immediately – it took me a while after i began practicing. Like with most sustainable practices, it has slowly become part of my life – with amazing changes, all for the better, which i had not dreamed of. With so many reiki courses out there, I am most grateful for finding Pooja and completing my Reiki Master Training at Redefine Wellness. Pooja is an expert at energy healing. There is a great wisdom about her and her understanding of the world in terms of energy. Pooja’s ability to break down highly philosophical and sometimes unexplainable concepts like energy make her an ideal teacher for anyone who is new to this field. As a teacher, she keeps her classes fun and interactive. And having repeated these classes many times, I can say that there is always something new to learn when training with Pooja.
