Ascend Reiki is a Reiki that is inspired by Kundalini Reiki and Kundalini Yoga. Ascend Reiki is an energy therapy that works with the body’s own remarkable healing capabilities. It promotes and accelerate the natural healing process and restore balance on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
Ascend Reiki uses a synergy of Reiki (universal life force) and our innate potential, creative, healing energy that lies within all of us. Practice of Ascend Reiki awakens and allows us to tap into these energies for our healing and spiritual growth.
Ascend Reiki is an effective and powerful form of healing therapy which allows us to put into practice and apply in various aspects in our daily life. It is for people of all beliefs and walks of life. This is a non-religious practice.
Ascend Reiki uses no symbols and no complicated system of set hand positions. Starting the energy flow is achieved by intent.
It is for anyone who wants to learn how to be more relaxed, more joyful, more focused, more energetic and healthier. It is a self-empowering tool for those who wish to help themselves.
1. How can I benefit from Ascend Reiki ?
At the physical level, it promotes relaxation, reduces stress, brings more calmness and vitality. It also accelerates healing and relieves pain. At the emotional and mental level, it is effective and useful in cultivating and transforming character traits and habits, heals emotional issues, unblock limiting beliefs, and reconciles relationship issues, karmic bonds between people, places and situations.
At the spiritual level , it brings one to an inward journey of self-discovery and heighten one’s awareness level, awakens one’s innate gifts and talents which brings upon personal transformation and spiritual ascension.
2. There are so many alternative healing methods, what makes Ascend Reiki different from them?
Ascend Reiki is a simple and natural healing therapy which heals at all levels. It increases one’s vitality and awareness level, brings more clarity and peace within.
It is complementary to all kinds of therapies, both traditional or modern medicine, homoepathic or other alternate therapies. Ascend Reiki can be used to enhance and accelerate the healing effects of other therapies.

3. What is the difference between Ascend Reiki and other forms of Reiki ?
The process of growth through Ascend Reiki is a natural unfolding of your own nature, tapping and harnessing into our potential healing energy that lies in all of us. Often, the blocks to that growth are attachments to the familiarity of the past and fears. Ascend Reiki helps to elevate our consciousness and harness our ability to ascend spiritually.
Ascend Reiki awaken your awareness and enhance your ability to examine certain attitudes, behaviors and emotional habits. You will gain new perspectives, capacities and habits that support your expanded awareness.
Ascend Reiki is an incredibly easy way to synergize the 2 energies of Reiki and your innate healing energy. There is no secret symbols or rituals involved.
4. Ascend Reiki works relatively fast to achieve desired results how is that so?
With the synergy of both healing and Reiki healing energy, it provides a powerful, quick, and effective source of therapeutic restoration. Once the energy gets channeled into the receiver, either on yourself or others, the healing energy continues to heal and be directed to where is needed most and the length of healing time extends beyond the receiving time.
The intensity of the healing is not determined by the length of time but rather the power and purity of the intention.
5. Can you share one personal transformation or experience that has resulted from practicing Ascend Reiki?
My personal journey with Ascend Reiki
Years ago I went through a traumatizing period which led me into a state of depression. The series of upheavals resulted in the manifestation of physical ailments, emotional pain and mental stress. I went around seeking for a solution to heal my physical ailments from both Western Medical Practitioners and Traditional Chinese Physicians. After going through a period of different treatments, I realised the medication was helpful in treating and reducing the symptoms but not the root cause of the issues, what I needed was a deeper level of emotional healing. Through a friend recommnedation, I chanced upon Ascend Reiki, intrigued by its simplicity and how this therapy can help to heal naturally, I gave it a try and faithfully practiced it daily and within 6 months, all the emotional and physical pain was reduced significantly and I started to adopt a different outlook in life. Not long after, I realised how the therapy had led me into an inward journey of self discovery and personal growth which amazingly and naturally activated my healing abilities and gifts. Filled with gratitude of being blessed with this healing gift, I was propelled to share it so that more could benefit from this alternative healing therapy.
How do I get started?
Ascend Reiki is imparted in three levels. You may choose to attend Level 1 workshop and go deeper with Level 2 & 3.
Ascend Reiki 1 Workshop
At Level 1 you will be given an attunement to activate your energy centres and you will learn how to channel energy to yourself and others as well as to give distant healing to others. You will also learn how to do Space Clearing with Ascend Reiki and how to apply it in various aspects of your life. Click here for details !
Ascend Reiki 2 Workshop
At Level 2, the attunement will strengthen and increase the flow of energy, further balance and cleanse your energetic system. You will learn how to channel energy to the various energy centres in your body to heal physical, emotional and mental issues. You will learn exercises to increase energy flow and strengthen

Ascend Reiki 3 Workshop
At Level 3, the attunement will fully activate and strengthen all the energy centres. Consciousness is raised and the ability to channel healing energy is greatly enhanced. You will be able to heal more complex health and life issues with additional powerful techniques including Diamond Reiki, Crystalline Reiki, DNA Reiki, Birth Trauma Reiki, Location Reiki and Past Life Reiki. Ascend Reiki course back in 2009. In receiving the Ascend Reiki attunement my life has really changed in ways that are difficult to explain.
