The Silva Ultra Seminar for Holistic Healing is an ADVANCED program available to silva graduates only. These tools are focussed on deepening your own individual healing journey but also allows you to help heal others – specially with their health challenges!

The Ultra healing techniques that José Silva developed are based on two pillars: age-oldtraditional practices and modern scientific knowledge.

What was most important for José Silva is that these techniques help everyday people solve their everyday problems in very simple and practical ways.

Now, Silva can be a part of your life and you can learn to share it with others. The Ultra Seminar is a unique combination of personal empowerment methods and advanced Silva techniques that can be used to heal, inspire and empower others.

You will learn the subtle power of subjective energies like desire, belief, and expectancy. These energies are often overlooked, but you will learn to direct these forces for healing purposes through imagery and meditation.

Then, you will learn to heal yourself and others by mastering objective energies like, your own human energy field and magnetic energy fields. Pooja Arora is the Director and co-founder of ReDefine Wellness, one of the most successful wellness centres in Singapore. Pooja is trained as a Reiki Master teacher, an ICF certified wellness coach and a Silva Method Instructor to help people discover the healing power within. She also practises various therapeutic modalities like Clinical Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Integration Therapy, Past Life and Between Lives Regression Therapy and Trans- Personal Regression therapy.

Pooja’s passion for Silva Method come through her teaching as the program itself changed her life when she did it 20+ years back. My youngest went to her annual pediatrician appointment last December (she turned 6 last December). They checked her eyes and they were concerned because she can’t read the bottom 3 lines. A week after I got back from the US, I did the Silva Ultra. When I got back to Jakarta, I programmed water for her. Two weeks later (this past Monday) I took my daughter for her Ophthalmologist appointment and guess what, her eyes are completely fine! She can read everything. They did a complete check up and nothing was abnormal.

I saw her on the first eye test and I saw her on the second eye test. It was amazing!

The ophthalmologist said there are variables that could possibly gave a false positive result and she was listing all of them and I was checking it off in my head. None of them applied to her. She wasn’t getting a false positive.

I was taken to the Urology Department of the hospital. The head physician examined me with his cystoscope and told me that my disease was so severe, that even with the best drugs it will take several months until I will be OK. He sent me home, and told me to go to my regular doctor, who will prescribe the drug that he recommends in his medical letter. However, instead of going to my doctor I sat down at home and programmed water into a healing solution for myself, as I learned to do it at the Ultra Seminar. I was sure that I can cure myself in two weeks. I drank the special water every morning and evening.

Then the time of the medical checkup has arrived. The head physician greeted me nicely,and asked whether I did take the drugs or not. I answered him: Please examine me, and then I’ll tell you what have I taken.

I went to visit him and utilized the Silva objective-subjective programming technique. I started talking to him. My goal was to get him majorly confused again and again. I succeeded a number of times, but it wasn’t an easy task. The sudden changing of subjects sometimes left him with the impression that I was going crazy. When I saw the bewilderment on his face, I immediately pictured him as healing very nicely. I did this several times during the course of our conversation. 3 days later I went to visit him again.
