Chakra Meditation

Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means “wheels of light”. There are seven main chakras (plus a number of smaller ones) that interact with the body’s endocrine glands and lymphatic system by regenerating good energy and disposing of unwanted energy. It is vitally important for our general healthand the prevention of illness or ‘dis-ease’ that we nourish our chakras in the correct way.

This is a powerful guided meditation that is directed systematically to cleanse and heal the 7 major energy centers including the aura, clearing away unwanted energies, amplifying existing positive energies and bringing in new rejuvenating and strengthening energies.

The meditation is complemented with the gentle flow of soft music with singing bowls and soft gongs that influence the brain waves in a positive and balance way, it calms the nervous system, promote deep relaxation with subtle and profound healing effects. This meditation is suitable for anyone and everyone. No prior experience in meditation is required.
