Meditation Classes
Meditation is not about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It is about training the mind to cultivate awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You are not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You are learning to observe them without judgment. Eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.
Meditation can be active, passive, done in silence, through sound vibrations, done in a retreat or during daily activities. It is done for a number of purpose ranging from a method to evoke relaxation to spiritual purposes.

Sound Meditation with Singing Bowl
Overview
Singing bowl therapy dates back to the 12th century and has been used for meditation and rituals in Tibetan culture. Metal bowls produce a deep, penetrating sound that’s used to relax and restore the mind. A 2016 study found that singing bowl meditation reduced stress, anger, depression and fatigue. All of these things are known to impact our physical health in lowering the risk for disease, improve our emotional and mental well being.
The Science of Sound Healing
When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies. This process alters our emotions, releases hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our moods, and triggers certain impulses (for example, singing and dancing).
Research has shown that the sound waves floods our brains with dopamine — the happy chemical. It also releases Oxycontin, a natural painkiller and hormone that allows us to bond with and trust people.
Sound Healing Meditation with Singing bowl and Gong
During the session, you will experience meditation with breath followed by sound therapy with singing bowls and gong to stimulate and balance the nervous system to deepen relaxation, improve sleep, improve memory and concentration, intuition, remove blockages and toxins, purify negative energies and emotions, promote sense of balance and clarity.

Renew Your Nervous System
Often we carry around worries, fear, and anxiety. This set combines light movement with breath that focus on releasing habitual tension and stress that we hold in our body. It helps to clear blockages around the chest area, relaxes the body and take away muscle and mental fatigue. It enables us to boost our mood, increase our energy and leave the session feeling great.

Energizer Series
This set of breathing exercises is a good blood cleanser and energizer. It gives us a boost of energy, a clearer mind, promote relaxation and improve digestion. This set is the perfect pick-me-up when we need to refresh, recharge, and restore our mind and body.

Desk Therapy
We spend most of our days sitting, either at a desk, in front of a computer, and as a result from so much sitting, our muscles become tight, sore and tense. This therapeutic stretches and breathe series opens up and releases the tension in the upper body, neck and shoulders areas, allows our entire body to relax and feel great after a long day.

Immune System Booster
Our cells regenerate all the time and cannot regenerate without oxygen. Breathing is the fastest and most efficient way for our bodies to get oxygen. This set of breathing exercises allow our body to increase and deepen our breath which helps to improve blood circulation and stimulate the immune system to fight against infection and ailments that may be affecting us. This all beings with the past life regression workshop purely to have an intention to find a medical condition that i experience that couldn’t be explained. 1 thing lead to another, i met Shirley & was introduced to Kundalini Yoga then Chakra meditation then Past life regression therapy. Shirley is such a wonderful & genuine teacher from Kundalini to chakra meditation to sound healing she never fail to listen, guide & share with her extensive knowledge without judgment. Every session has a different layer of healing, cleansing & growth in terms of spirituality & wisdom. In the past 6 months, i have experienced healing of serials unexplainable medical conditions, months of throbbing pain on my ring finger, 5 torturing menstrual cycles causes by endometriosis & 8 months of intermittent rashes with no medicine could help to ease but sound healing had taken all that away. I enjoyed Shirley’s Sound Meditation as she played the Singing Bowl and gong really well it is like a melody to my ears. The meditation class led by Shirley is very therapeutic and healing, and the session is very cleansing and relaxing.

When the stresses of life’s rat race get to me, I try meditating to keep calm and clear my mind. But it would never work because whenever I close my eyes, all I would get were distractions from issues in my daily life just popping into my head. It felt like I was running at top speed at the same spot and getting nowhere.
Recently I have been feeling like there was a message that I was being told but I just could not hear. Having chanced upon Shirley’s Chakra Clearing and Healing meditation session online, I decided to give it a shot and see if I could clear my mind and hear the message. I really did not know what to expect because I have never even heard of chakra clearing before that.
That very first session, changed my life. Throughout the session my mind was crystal clear, and as she went through each individual chakra, I could feel energy being released. It was very amazing. When the session ended, I felt like I had just woken up from the best sleep of my life! I felt so light and refreshed! But that was not the end…That very night, I experienced a Kundalini Awakening and that was the beginning of many amazing spiritual experiences.
I personally benefited immensely from Shirley’s Chakra clearing and healing session and I have recommended her sessions to all my friends! Many of whom has given me very positive feedback!
