Our Kundalini Yoga class includes 1 hour of exercises and stretching and 30 mins of meditation to help you achieve sense of balance, clarity and peace after every session. It works very efficiently as one can feel changes in the body and psyche within a few minutes and deeper changes through regular practice.

Yoga for Self Knowledge (Every Wednesday @ 7:30pm)

This series of Yoga and Meditation sets will be directed towards Self Knowledge and Self Directed Growth targeted to give us the experience in discovering our innermost being and to tap into our potential resources for strength, clarity, insight, self healing and love.

Yoga for Vitality & Youth (Every Saturday @ 8:00am)

Asanas, meditation & breathing designed to keep the body in top shape and disease free as the decades roll by.

Kundalini Yoga Immersion Workshop

These are one day workshops designed to deepen your Kundalini Yoga journey. This will include in-depth understanding behind the techniques, deeper practises and deeper healing processes.

Yoga of Awareness (1 day workshop, open to all. Beginners and KY Practitioners)

Asanas, meditation & breathing techniques designed to increase creativity, intuition, compassion, health and prosperity.

Yoga for Self Knowledge (1 day workshop, for KY Practitioners)
