Managing Stress with Meditation & Energy Healing

Are you are feeling exhausted and burned out? Need a more long-term solution, meditation may be just what you need!

During this workshop, you will learn how to detox stress and develop a stamina for high intensity situations. With the intelligent use of meditation techniques and practices, it allows you to restore into your balance state, navigate life in such a way that the stress triggers create little or no impact on your mental, emotional and physical systems.

You will learn a variety of techniques including breath work, energy healing and exercises to assist you in getting into the internal rhythm and the rhythm of the world around you. You will also be learning how to use various tools including crystals and essential oils to complement the practice.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the mechanism of stress, identification of stress patterns and beliefs which 

limits your potential

  • Powerful tools and meditation techniques to detox the stored hormonal remnants of 

stress so that you can get back to a place of balance and normalcy

  • Breath and energy work to increase vitality and build a reserve force of energy to create 

space and clarity from reactions and commotions

Meditation helps us become more mindful, reduces stress levels and focus our energy so that we become grounded in our bodies. It sharpens the intellect and brings happiness to the mind. It helps to reduce stress, improve and enhance behaviours and the way we deal with people and events around us.

Through regular practice of relaxation and/or guided meditation, we begin to gain a sense of balance, self-belief and reconnect to ourselves. It strengthens our ability to manage responses to life’s challenges.

Managing Insomnia with Meditation & Energy Healing

Have you ever crawled under the covers worrying about a problem or get caught up in thoughts at bedtime and those racing thoughts are robbing you of a good night’s sleep?

The daytime sleepiness that follows can leave you feeling lousy and sap your productivity, and it may even harm your health. Studies have suggested that mindfulness meditation or a mind-calming practice that focuses on breathing and awareness of the present moment can help. 

Restful sleep largely depends on having a rested mind, more often than not, our issues around sleep are rooted in our thinking processes.

This one-day workshop is not designed for you to sleep in the moment, its designed to change your relationship with sleep. By gradually training the mind in a specific way, you gradually create an environment conducive to a good night’s rest. The workshop trains the mind for long-term, sustainable change to help you sleep.

You will learn a variety of techniques including breath work, energy healing and exercises to assist you relax the body and the mind. You will also be learning how to use various tools including crystals and essential oils to complement the practice.

Learning outcomes:

  • Discover techniques, energy practices and exercises to help relax the mind and recharge the body. 
  • Meditation and exercises to let go of the day, easing into restfulness.
  • Use various tools including crystals and essential oils to complement the practice and improve sleep.
  • Develop habits and practices that are conducive to sleeping well on a regular basis.

Meditation for sleep is a specific, guided experience that offers a natural sleep aid all on its own, allowing us to let go of the day, everything that had happened and everything that had been said, so that we can rest the mind while simultaneously resting the body. In scientific terms, meditation helps  lower the heart rate by igniting the parasympathetic nervous system and encouraging slower breathing, thereby increasing the quality of our night’s sleep.
