Managing emotions during challenging time
Every 2nd Tuesday from 7:30pm-9:30pm
Feeling trapped in a vicious cycle of emotions and stress ? Do you feel mentally, emotionally and physically drained, leading to disruptive conditions like sleep problems, chronic body aches and pain, inability to carry out daily routines, living in constant fear, anxiety, depression and negative feelings of withdrawal from life?
While it is normal to have emotions and stress in life; at the most trying of times, emotions can manifest and become a chronic problem for some.More commonly, we misuse emotions in two ways. At one end of the spectrum is Reactivity; feelings take over and we lose control. The opposite of Reaction is Repression, in which we override our true feelings to pretend nothing is wrong, or worse, disassociate and not even know that we are in distress.
Emotions are a direct line of connection to our heart. They can be quite intense and they require your interpretation. By consciously listening to your feelings, even when they are unpleasant, you will discover what is wrong, what you need, and exactly what you can do about it.
This Free Talk allows you to understand how to safely dive into difficult thoughts and emotions consciously for healing and guidance.
It is going to be an exciting 2 hrs!! There will be opportunities for discussions and we will round the session with a short meditation session ( something EVERYONE can do, even if you have never done it before 🙂
