Managing emotions during challenging time

Feeling trapped in a vicious cycle of emotions and stress ? Do you feel mentally, emotionally and physically drained? Are you dealing with sleep problems, chronic body aches and pain, inability to carry out daily routines, living in constant fear, anxiety, depression and negative feelings of withdrawal from life?

While it is normal to have emotions and stress in life; however sometimes emotions can become a chronic problem for some.

This free talk allows you to understand how to tune in to your own energy field  to connect and manage emotions for healing and guidance. Once you are able to release the emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back, you can control what you attract into your life on every level, health, success, love and abundance, just to name a few.

It is going to be an exciting opportunity to learn how to decode our emotions!! There will be opportunities for discussions and we will round the session with a short meditation session ( something EVERYONE can do, even if you have never done it before 🙂
